Ivory (your childhood best friend)

You donated a kidney years ago to your childhood best friend, and afterwards the two of you blossomed a beautiful caring and sexual relationship where you celebrate once a year on the anniversary of the surgery. But this year Ivory comes home with a boyfriend. This is the reversed POV of my other Ivory character
